I’ve know of nothing that suggests a breakdown (in percentages) of the different mechanisms and I don’t see the relevance in attempting such a formulaic breakdown. And all the intermediate species include many Auncralopithetise and Homo species (all now extinct with just us left). As best we can tell we shared a common ancestor with chimpanzees (our closest living relatives) around 8 million years ago.
